Electrochemical Fluorination Unit

Electrochemical fluorination, also known as electrolytic fluorination (ECF), is a process where fluorination reactions are directly carried out during the electrolytic production of fluorine. The electrochemical fluorination cells developed by our company range a capacity from a few liters to several cubic meters (~10A to ≥10,000A electrolytic current).
The system typically includes an electrolytic cell and power supply system, a dosing system, a condensation and collection system, a product purification system, and an exhaust gas treatment system. The laboratory-scale device can be integrated into a skid-mounted unit, while the industrial-scale system can be arranged either centrally or dispersed depending on the site conditions.
