It can be specifically designed according to the user's requirements for scale and quality. The scale is adaptable to both laboratory and large-scale industrial applications. The fluorine gas quality can reach 2N industrial grade and 4N electronic grade.

Electrochemical fluorination, also known as electrolytic fluorination (ECF), is a process where fluorination reactions are directly carried out during the electrolytic production of fluorine. The electrochemical fluorination cells developed by our company range a capacity from a few liters to several cubic meters (~10A to ≥10,000A electrolytic current). The system typically includes an electrolytic cell and power supply system, a dosing system, a condensation and collection system, a product purification system, and an exhaust gas treatment system. The laboratory-scale device can be integrated into a skid-mounted unit, while the industrial-scale system can be arranged either centrally or dispersed depending on the site conditions.

Fluorine gas (F₂) is a highly reactive oxidizing elemental gas that can undergo chemical reactions with almost all substances. When polymer materials come into contact with fluorine gas under certain conditions, the carbon-hydrogen bonds (-C-H) in their surface molecular structures can be replaced by carbon-fluorine bonds (-C-F), greatly increasing the molecular diameter and binding force, and forming a structural layer similar to that of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This significantly enhances the corrosion resistance, barrier properties, and surface energy of plastic products, minimizing the permeability of organic solvents such as fuel oil and improving surface adhesion and coating performance. Our company’s fluorine-treated and modified plastic products are widely used in industries such as gasoline-powered tools, marine vessels, gasoline generators, cold chain packaging, and rubber-plastic adhesive spraying. These fluorinated compounds account for about 20% of drugs and pesticides and play an irreplaceable role.
