A、Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the development of production processes and technologies for new products, including the formulation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting of experimental plans for small-scale trials, pilot trials, and scale-up trials, ensuring the advanced nature of the R&D outcome；
2、In the industry, and assimilate introduced new products and technologies.
Timely track, evaluate, and summarize literature on new products and technologies emerging in the industry, and assimilate and integrate newly introduced products and technologies；
3、Provide process guidance for the production equipment involved in the transformation of scientific research achievements, ensuring the completeness and advancement of the results. This includes ensuring product quality, yield, controlling production costs, and improving production efficiency；
4、Place a strong emphasis on the environmental protection, safety technologies, and new products and processes achieved during the R&D phase. Develop emergency response plans, participate in the handling of various production process incidents, and propose improvement measures and suggestions。
B、Qualifications
1、The qualification requires a Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process, or related fields；
2、Candidates with experience in chemical project engineering design will be preferred；
3、Candidates should be able to adapt to short-term business travel；
4、Candidates with proficiency in AUTOCAD, ASPEN/HYSYS/PRO-II, HTRI/HTFS, and other relevant software will be preferred；
5、Candidates with a high level of foreign language proficiency will be given preferential;
6、Applicants should be diligent, responsible, and have good teamwork skills.
