This type of plant has a fluorine gas (F2) production capacity of approximately 1-2kg/h, and the fluorine production can be controlled by adjusting the current.
The purity of fluorine gas is generally around 99%, and high-purity fluorine gas can reach over 99.9%. It can be mixed with inert gases such as nitrogen and argon in any proportion, and can be compressed, packaged, and sold externally.
The plant is generally deployed in a distributed layout but can also be configured as a multi-module integrated unit. It features DCS integrated control and a high level of automation. GDS (Gas Detection System) is used for multi-element monitoring, ensuring safety and environmental protection.
