This type of plant has a fluorine gas (F2) production capacity of approximately 6kg/h, which is equivalent to about 40t/a, and the fluorine production can be controlled by adjusting the current.
The purity of fluorine gas is generally around 99%, and high-purity fluorine gas can reach over 99.9%. It can be mixed with inert gases such as nitrogen and argon in any proportion, and can be compressed, packaged, and sold externally.
The plant is generally arranged in a decentralized manner with DCS integrated control, providing a high degree of automation. GDS (Gas Detection System) is used for multi-element monitoring, ensuring safety and environmental protection.
